Today we’ll take a closer look at the upcoming Jordan 1 High ‘Heritage’. They’re already on the SNKRSapp and will release tomorrow, Saturday - 9th of April. The Jordan 1 High ‘Heritage will be available in full family sizing, so you can match with the whole fam!
Whenever there’s a Jordan 1 High release, people get excited. Especially when the inspiration behind the design dates back to 1985. Before the official release of the Jordan 1 High ‘Chicago’ and ‘Bred’, Nike experimented by creating a Jordan 1 with a blue toe box, white leather panel all the way to the mid side and a blue swoosh. This model never made it to an official release, but the color blocking was definitely an inspiration for the Jordan 1 High ‘Heritage’. And you might also recognize the color blocking from the popular Jordan 1 High Fragment x Travis Scott.
The Jordan 1 High ‘Heritage’ features a mix of white, red and black. The upper of the shoe features a white leather base, contrasted by red overlays at the toe, heel and of course the swoosh. And don’t forget the red outsole. The laces, socklining and the padded color region are black.
